Description:
In Procter & Gamble Human Resources is responsible for creating the context which enables all our people to be at their very best, so that as a company, we can achieve and exceed our business objectives.
In this respect Human Resources partners with line management to create strategies, systems, and tools that attract, develop, challenge, motivate and reward our people.
You can start from any entry position (please see descriptions provided below) in P&G HR to grow as Human Resources professional. Our assignment rotation systems – across HR disciplines and business units – will allow you to get experiences in all HR areas.
1. Learning& Development HR Associate Manager
Responsible for:
•planning, design and delivery of learning and development (training) systems based on corporate competency models
•ensure corporate global training materials and content are delivered in Ukraine with excellence
•evaluation of process and tools of corporate learning process
•conducting learning and development (training) needs analyses and assessments
•facilitate and develop capabilities of corporate trainers
2. Talent Supply (Recruiting) HR Associate Manager
Responsible for:
•development of Corporate recruiting strategy across country and sites (General office and plants)
•representing Company in external recruiting events
•developing capability in corporate management team to attract and select local talent
•leading corporate enrollment planning process
•participate in attrition analysis effort
3. Compensations HR Associate Manager
Responsible for:
•supporting development and implementation of Ukraine compensation strategy
•developing specific local and adapt regional solutions in area of benefits, plans and policies
•contribute to corporate Reward and Recognition systems development
•participate in Corporate culture enhancement program, including culture survey and analysis
•ensure corporate employment practices are in line with requirement of legislation
Qualifications:
•Ukrainian citizenship
•fluent in English, Ukrainian/Russian
•new graduate, 3-4 year student* or 1-3 years experiences in HR
* - students are expected to be able to work full time with some flexibility to attend exams and other important event at University
Starting salary - from 6500 UAH per month gross, previous relevant experience will be recognized; the starting salary is a subject for regular increases based on individual perfomance.
