Опис вакансії
We are MUSK Construction inc., Home Remodeling company based in Silicon Valley, California, USA, looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. With over 7 years in the industry and a general contractor license, we often collaborate with employees from major companies like Tesla, Apple, and Netflix.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Management experience in an in-house marketing Team (not with vendors)
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience in the USA market
- Experience with construction will be a plus
- Understanding of basic UI/UX
- Basic knowledge of website creation (constructors), ability to create/edit by yourself
- Marketing analytics (Google Analytics, SemilarWeb, SEO Analytics, Ahrefs)
- Providing accurate metrics
- Proven experience in the creation, development, and running of marketing companies with further scaling
- Ability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Standard Time (California Time Zone)
- Proven cases in lead cost optimization
- Ability to work and check hypotheses independently and prompt
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
- Manage company websites and landing pages, update information
- Increasing conversion rates with marketing tools and operations
- Forecast budgets and report on campaign effectiveness
- Ongoing analytics process, including continuous competitor analysis
- Regularly update promotional content and generate new effective ideas
- Generate a steady flow of leads within the budget
- Identify new lead sources and generation

- Salary: $1100 base plus performance-based bonuses (up to $2500 total)
