Logistics - Category Market Planning Manager

Description:

The objective of the role to lead sales forecasting and supply planning for the assigned product categories to ensure product availability at optimal inventory level

Key areas of Responsibility:

1. Management of product initiatives (new product launches, product upgrades, product lineup extensions, consumer promo packs and gift sets, price changes):
represent Supply Chain function in project planning discussions
own project schedule
execute initiative with excellence which includes start on time, product availability and no old product remnants
f indmultifunctional alignment on the project timing and scop

2. Development and maintenance of inventory policy:

- define the optimum stock level based on the supply chain network parameters
- discuss and verify the inventory policy with producing plants
- plan country inventory level for a year ahead
- lead inventory reduction projects

3. Control of service level through the whole supply network:
-align with plants on the key collaboration principles and operational tactics
-lead long- and short term shipment trend analysis
-lead long-term manufacturing capacity planning process and resolve capacity bottle necks
-review daily supply processes

Qualifications:

- Ukraine Citizenship
- higher education (preferred background: Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, etc.)
- good command of English
- good analytical skills, seeks to resolve problems and can present and manipulate data to demonstrate various scenarios.
- computer literate and capable of learning more
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills and attention to details, good leadership and team work
- ready to travel

Starting salary - from 6500 UAH per month gross, previous relevant experience will be recognized; the starting salary is a subject for regular increases based on individual performance.
