Head of ALM unit (assets-liabilities management)

Main purpose:
1.Daily monitoring of the situation on the Ukrainian financial market (interbank loan market, deposit market, corporate bonds market, PFTS), analysis and forecast of the financial market development.
2.Management of the Company investment portfolio (deposits, bonds), conduction of REPO deals with corporate bonds.
3.Development of the Company investment policy for a short- and medium- term prospect.
4.Management, control and forecast of the cash-flow position of the Company.
5.Control over the fulfillment by the Company of solvency norms according to the legislation.
6.Control over the receipt of interest revenue, coupon payments.
7.Preparation and conduction of the Company Assets-liabilities Committee.
8.Preparation of review and presentations for the Management Board.
9.Cooperation with banks on current accounts transactions, plastic cards transactions, foreign currency transactions etc.
10.Monthly revaluation of the investment portfolio, reconciliation, of the investment portfolio with Accounting department.
11.Risk analysis by banks, bonds issuers.
Key measures & targets:
-Investment revenue budget performance, meeting deadlines of costs payments according to the Company internal procedure, compliance with regulative norms on solvency, provision of the Company liquidity (short- and medium-term).
Working experience:
-Investment activity in banks, financial companies, assets management companies, insurance companies.
Qualification & technical competencies:
-High education (specialization in finance or economic).
-Working experience in the assets management activity for at least 3 years.
-Fluent English is a must.
-Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
-Knowledge of IFRS principles regulating financial investment accounting is preferable.
-Analytical skills and experience of the preparation of presentations and reviews.
-Knowledge of different financial investment instruments existing on the financial market.
-CFA certificate or other equivalent certificates is an advantage.

English language.
Advanced user (Excel, Power Point).
Above 25 years old, male.
