Description:
Customer Business Development manager/Account manager represents products from P&G's consumer business sectors to grocery, retail, drug, wholesale or mass merchandising accounts, manages our business in the healthcare industry, in the commercial products area with accounts such as foodservice distributors, restaurants, schools, and other institutions.
Account Managers influence our customer's decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.
Account Manager's tasks include:
- developing assortment
- shelving
- pricing
- merchandising strategies, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior
Qualifications:
- eligible to work in Ukraine
- minimum education of BA or BS with good academic results
- strong skills in leadership, and excellent in communication
- good command of English & Ukrainian language
- travel to local customers at least 40% of time
- must have a valid driver's license
We are seeking candidates with proven leadership, those who make things happen, analytical thinkers & problem solvers and excellent communicators. We are looking for individuals who set priorities and follow through on commitments, who work effectively with diverse groups of people, and who demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative.
Starting salary - from 6500 UAH per month gross, previous relevant experience will be recognized; the starting salary is a subject for regular increases based on individual performance.
