Deputy Head of Operations Division

Due to increasing devepolment of Credit Europe Bank we are looking for Deputy Head of Operations Division

Education & Experience profile required:

Higher Education;
At least 3 years of experience on position of Head or Manager of Customer Service at reputable Bank;
Good knowledge in NBU regulation especially in opening and operating current accounts, payments (domestic transfers, FC transfers), cash operations (cash withdrawal and deposit);
Knowledge in currency regulation and cash operations;
Fluent English;
Experienced in supervising of Cash Desk staff (3-4 pers.).
Core job responsibilities:

Manage and control on day to day clients servicing;
Preparations of internal procedures and regulations on operations;
Coordinating start up process of opening the new branches.
