Entry Position: Equity Analyst/ младший финансовый аналитик

ARTA, a leading Kyiv based investment bank which provides the full range of investment banking services including brokerage, corporate finance and asset management, is searching for Equity Analyst for its Research Department to perform analyses of Ukrainian securities traded on First Securities Trading System (PFTS) and Ukrainian Industries.

Responsibilities:
•Develop in-depth industry and company insights while conducting sector and company research
•Analysis of funds’ activities
•Maintain accounting and technical databases
•Publish research articles in Ukrainian/Russian /English
•Interact with international (London, NY, others) and domestic clients and answer their questions on the area of expertise
•Preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, bond issue memorandums, business-plans
Requirements:
•Understanding of Ukraine’s stock market, main sectoral tendencies in the domestic market
•Graduate from an accredited university majoring in economics, business/finance, engineering or mathematics
•Work experience in BIG 4 is a plus
•Strong quantitative skills, effective research and analytical skills
•Knowledge of Ukrainian Accounting Principles is a plus
•Excellent command of English (both written and oral) is a must
•Excellent skills in MS Excel is a must (functions, analyses, modelling in data rich environment)

•Осуществление финансово-экономического анализа предприятий.
•Анализ результатов деятельности фондов
•Подготовка инвестиционных меморандумов, презентаций, проектов эмиссии облигаций, бизнес-планов
•Подготовка обзоров рынков, прогнозов и рекомендаций по отдельным предприятиям
•Наполнение и обработка баз данных, формирование отчетов и обзоров, финансово-экономические расчеты
•Интерактивное общение с клиентами в сфере своей компетенции

требования:

•Знание бухгалтерского учета по национальным стандартам, МСБО (желательно).
•Опыт анализа хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности предприятия, бюджетирования и финансового планирования.
•ОР в «большой четверке» приветствуется.
•Знание принципов деятельности и текущей ситуации на фондовом рынке Украины
•Желателен опыт участия в процедурах IPO, private placement, M&A, опыт получения кредитов, написания бизнес-планов, инвестиционных меморандумов
•Отличные математические и аналитические способности, внимательность,ответственность, точность
•Отличное знание MS ECXEL
•Отличное знание английского языка
