Описание вакансии
Responsibilities:
1. Construction of human resource management system to ensure the realization of strategic goals of the company;
2. Planning and control HR department activities;
3. Development and adaptation of HR budget;
4. Development of motivational system for personnel;
5. Organization of the evaluation system of knowledge and training of personnel;
6. Creating a program rotation and the formation of reserve personnel company.
7. The introduction and support of the corporate system of job evaluation + coordination of the evaluation process;
8. An assessment of the motivation of staff;
9. Defining the needs for training programs and development (development of recommendations);
10. Participation in the preparation of the forms of management by objectives and annual evaluation.
Requirements:
1. Higher education - profile;
2. 5 years experience at similar position, preferably in well-known companies (the number of staff from 200 persons);
3. Good knowledge of Ukrainian legislation;
4. Experience in developing and implementing corporate system of job evaluation and coordination of the evaluation process;
5. The experience of executive position - desirable;
6. English language - fluent;
7. International passport, PC.
8. 29 - 40 years.
