IT Business Analyst

Mid level Business Analyst. 1-2 years of BA experience. Familiar with at least one software development methodology (PMBOK, XP, RUP, etc.). Good written and spoken English, ability to spoken communication with foreign customers including phone communications. Strong practical experience in writing software development documentation in English. Willing to travel to customers sites. Be familiar with any programming language or and database. Productive problem solving. Good knowledge of tools: MS Word, Excel, Visio, Email, any Case tool, UML. Ability to quickly learn new business domainsOpen to learn new project management techniques, willing to follow corporate software development standards. Ability to clearly express thoughts in written and verbal form. Self organized, punctuality is a must, initiative. Ability to develop/write software design documents is a great plus.
