EPAM Systems is extending its Training Center and has openings for .Net and Java Trainers.

Requirements:
-Master’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
-3+ years of development experience in Java (Core Java, J2EE) or .Net (C#, ASP.Net, WinForms) technologies
-Comfortable with public speaking
-Excellent communication and coaching skills
-Proven ability to present technical information in an easy to understand manner
-Strong organizational and time management skills
-Teaching experience is a plus
-Good command of English is a plus

Responsibilities:
-Design, develop and adapt technical training course
-Work one on one with company resource and project managers to understand company needs
-Interview and select applicants for the course
-Deliver training classes Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 17:00
-Teach and train groups in Java and .Net technologies
-Train students how to work in a project team, coordinate the work in a team, meet deadlines, etc.
-Report on the progress and effectiveness of the curriculum
-Assess and evaluate the students in the process of the course and after graduation
-Assist graduates with adjustment to the company, coaching them
-Manage graduates on R&D projects
