Education & Experience profile required:
•Higher Education;
•At least 3 years of experience at reputable Bank;
•Managerial experience (at least 5 persons);
•Creative and innovative thinking;
•Analytical and numerical ability and keen credit evaluation skills;
•Proven capacity to meet challenging targets with drive, energy and persistence;
•Good English language skills;

Core responsibilities:
•Managing the key performance areas of subordinates;
•Provides financial services to individuals;
•Visiting and building link with local businesses;
•Fulfills the plans of sale targets;
•Ensures market share growth ;
•Identify trends, opportunities, threats and environmental influences;
•Training/mentoring junior staff.
