Американская проектная группа приглашает директора по персоналу (PROJECT HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR), а также ведущего менеджера по персоналу для работы в долгосрочном проекте.
Идеальный кандидат: опыт работы в крупных (желательно - международных) компаниях не менее 2 лет на сответствующей должности, свободный английский, готовность работать по 6-дневному графику.
Обязанности:
1. Plans, organizes and implements the project’s human resources activity; evaluates progress of all human resources activities, reports results and makes modification as required.
2. Plans and conducts staffing activities which include screening all applicants and maintaining applicant files and records; extending offers of employment; assisting new hires and transfers in relocating and settling into the area; and administering employee transfer policy.
3. Processes new hires, incoming transfers, transfers to other locations terminations; prepares human resources status documents; maintains necessary human resources records for project employee files.
4. Aids project management in identifying training and development needs; either conducts or arranges for employee and supervisory training programs.
5. Administers group insurance and other employee benefit programs.
6. Counsels project management on implementation of division’s salary plan and merit review procedure; conducts periodic area salary surveys and recommends appropriate salary schedule and starting salaries of NEX employees.
7. Defines and recommends organizational objectives, specific short-term and long-range plans; monitors progress to assure work objectives are attained and schedules are met.
8. Provides advice and counsel to line management regarding the interpretation and intent of Bechtel human resources policies and practices.
9. Provides counsel to employees having work related problems.
10. Directs the personnel administration for the project’s Human Resources organization, which includes, but not limited to, the following:
• forecasts staffing requirements
• prepares annual salary plan
• assigns and evaluates work
• conducts employee performance evaluations
• recommends personnel actions
• directs employee selection, training and development
11. Develops, implements and monitors project’s Affirmative Action Plan and Equal Employment policies if required.
12. Provides assistance to project management in the creation and maintenance of good employee relations; implements employee communications programs.
