Description:

Ordering process:
1. Process all daily orders from distributors / customers for several supplied locations
2. Discuss with customers all specific questions for the orders
3. Plan inventory at supplied distributor / customer warehouse
4. Support inventory transactions in SAP for customer warehouses
5. Ensure target Availability and Service Level for the supplied warehouses

Shipping process:
1. Work closely with Transportation and Warehouse groups on truck ordering and shipment ex company warehouse
2. Ensure truck space is fully utilized
3. Control timely order delivery to the final destination
4. Handle internally routine operational problems with supply

Billing process:
1. Ensure customer is billed in line with existing procedure
2. Ensure customer credit limits are strictly followed
3. Work closely with F&A department on proper document flow for all shipments

Claims processing:
Ensure all customers claims are issued, handled and satisfied properly and timely.

Documents Turnover:
Ensure all shipment documents are issued and processed properly and in due time in line with internal procedure.

Qualifications:

-High education (preferred background: Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)
-Good command of English
-Good analytical skills, able to draw well-reasoned conclusions from complex data
-Computer literate and capable of learning more
-Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, attention to details, good leadership and ability to work effectively in a team
